2024 has been an exciting year for Yupro Placement, a mission-driven staffing firm led by Michelle Sims. The organization launched a job board offering employers and fellow staffing firms opportunities to post jobs at no cost and gain no-fee access to historically overlooked talent. Sims also led the acquisition of a mission-aligned firm, adding the supportive housing property management industry to Yupro Placement’s portfolio. These contributions helped the company earn a spot on SIA’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list for the fourth consecutive year. Sims serves as the vice chair of the American Staffing Association Women in Leadership Council.
