Michelle Rhodes has been instrumental in helping drive a recent period of hyper-growth for Conexis, now one of the top midmarket VMS solutions. Rhodes’ extensive change and project management skills as well as implementation skills have made an immediate impact. Under her leadership, Conexis has been named vanguard leader, market leader and star performer in multiple 2024 VMS research publications. Rhodes’ role, which began in June 2023, marked her return to the contingent workforce space, following a management consulting career at PwC.
