As CEO of both Quest Locum Tenens and Syncx, two independent companies, Melissa Byington is an industry leader and strategic visionary. She tripled revenue from 2022 to 2024 at Syncx, resulting in more than 50,000 shifts worked by locum teams. In the past year, Byington rebranded both organizations to better align with strategic goals, assembled diverse leadership teams and implemented strategies to fill critical staffing needs. Byington sits on the board of directors for VeloSource and Era Locum Tenens and volunteers on the board of trustees for Justice and Joy National Collaborative.
