Margot van Soest

Margot van Soest oversees one of SThree’s fastest-growing regions. Under her watch, her region has achieved 6% like-for-like net fee growth year on year, with Spain showing an 82% increase. The Netherlands, accounting for 94% of the region, saw a net fee growth of 3%. She has also led diversity, inclusion and ESG initiatives and prioritized employee retention by forging a partnership with Nyenrode University for leadership training. While navigating trends as varied as digitization and decarbonization, van Soest also continues to focus on accelerating sustainable growth, strengthening SThree’s brand propositions and enhancing the customer experience.
