Since assuming leadership of Cpl in January 2022, Lorna Conn has amplified the talent solutions company’s portfolio across Ireland and Europe, building on its achievements in sustainability, diversity and inclusion, and employee satisfaction. In January, she garnered the AMBA & BGA Postgraduate Leadership Excellence Award, honouring alumni from AMBA and BGA business schools for their impact in the business world. Additionally, Conn is a nonexecutive board director of Bord na Móna and Glenveagh Properties and an advisory board member of Ireland’s 30% Club and UCD’s Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. Ireland-based Cpl employs over 13,000 individuals and operates 50 offices across 13 countries.
