Over the past year, she successfully implemented an AI-driven recruitment strategy and expanded Aquent’s DE&I partnerships to more than 20 organizations across eight states. Mitchell and her team were also instrumental in addressing the talent needs of Fortune 100 and 500 clients in the tech, finance and automotive sectors. Recognized as a champion for women’s empowerment, Mitchell regularly speaks on Aquent’s internal panels about DE&I and volunteers with organizations dedicated to assisting underrepresented women with résumé building, interview coaching and job searches.
