Appointed in 2022, Leora Westbrook leads the workforce strategy and optimization business at AMN Healthcare, overseeing strategy, technology and analytics as well as advisory solutions. A certified change practitioner, she integrated change agility principles to fuel growth and helped Smart Square, the company’s healthcare scheduling software, consistently earn the Best in Klas accolade from Klas Research. Westbrook also introduced enhanced business intelligence tools to strengthen workforce predictive analytics. She is known for managing complex organizations and serves as a DE&I employee resource group ally and community champion within AMN. She also recently achieved an executive leadership certification with Cornell University.
