Kelly-Ann Lynch

When Kelly-Ann Lynch first joined Impellam Group in 2018, she led the organization’s Comensura Australia business to become the leading provider of vendor-neutral MSPs in the country with over 50 programs. Since Guidant Global launched in APAC in 2021, Lynch has achieved a 100% customer retention rate and spearheaded DE&I initiatives to expand the number of Indigenous-owned businesses within recruitment supply chains. She also helped grow Impellam APAC’s MSP spend under management to nearly AU$1 billion. Lynch is a sought-after industry mentor and speaker and last year participated in Impellam’s global Virtuoso Alliance, collaborating with other industry leaders.
