Julie Danley

Julie Danley’s favorite part of working in staffing is Partners Personnel’s purpose: “To help people and organizations improve.” Recently, she implemented an internal program to support leaders in critical skill development such as communication, transparency and how to have key conversations with their direct reports. She is also a member of several internal committees at the company, including its senior operating committee. Her dedication was recognized in the form of their inaugural Founders Award in honor of founder Steve Sorensen. Danley is a volunteer for the Red Cross, a local animal shelter and local organizations that support the unhoused.
