During her four-year tenure at Floyd Lee Locums, Jenn Schultheis has spearheaded a wide range of initiatives that have diversified the company’s offerings, enhanced its competitive edge and positioned the firm for sustained growth. Under Schultheis’ leadership, the company’s client base has expanded more than tenfold and its annual revenue has increased to $46 million from $12 million. Most recently, Schultheis launched Floyd Lee Locums’ government affairs division and initiated the company’s international staffing effort, successfully placing doctors in Qatar, Guam and Germany. Schultheis serves on the conference planning committee for the National Association of Locum Tenens Organizations (NALTO).
