TalentBurst’s Jamie Jacobs is passionate about growing the organization while maintaining a strong DE&I foundation. Over the past year, Jacobs has onboarded three of TalentBurst’s largest clients, resulting in more than $7 million in revenue. In addition, Jacobs led the expansion of the State, Local Government and Education staffing division by acquiring 12 new clients in six months. Jacobs helped grow client acquisitions by 20% each year for the last six years. As an ardent advocate for diversity, Jacobs worked with the CEO to establish and oversee the organization’s DE&I Council and new internal DE&I guidelines. Jacobs also participates with Omni Inclusive Contingent Workforce Inclusion Council.
