Under Geraldine King’s leadership, the Employment & Recruitment Federation this year will submit to the Department of Education in Ireland a master’s program for the recruitment industry. This will be the first master’s-level program in the world specifically designed for professionals to complete their academic career path within the recruitment sector. King also serves as a board member at the World Employment Confederation, sits on the external advisory board for Public Jobs, is a member of the Dublin City University Access Programme and volunteers with the Child Welfare Office for a Dublin-based football club.
