Anthi Nardi loves working in the staffing industry and having a positive impact on people’s lives. She sees every day as a new challenge and credits her clients and candidates for keeping the work engaging and dynamic while fostering a sense of community. The challenges were plenty this last year, but despite that, her team was able to grow revenue and sustain an increase in market share which she attributes to strong collaboration between the local and the national teams. She is also a member of the Human Resources Association of Central Connecticut HRACC), a local chapter of SHRM.
