Ann Swain

Ann Swain has led Apsco through an uncertain political, economic and regulatory landscape over the last year. The UK team celebrated 25 years in 2024; the organization launched its own manifesto, Tackling the professional skills crisis, at the House of Commons earlier this year. Since the introduction of the new Labour Government, Apsco has led conversations around the skills agenda in the UK in order to facilitate more security for the recruitment sector. Swain was part of the Staffing 100 Europe Hall of Fame’s inaugural class.
