As KellyOCG’s EMEA vice president since November 2022, Adelle Harrington in 2023 played a critical role in Kelly’s sale of its European staffing business to Gi Group, which sharpened Kelly’s focus on higher-margin, higher-growth global MSP and RPO business. Harrington initiated and championed a program that increased EMEA client stability and tenure and is now being adopted globally by KellyOCG. Harrington plans to continue positioning KellyOCG as a leading EMEA MSP and RPO provider in EMEA. She serves on the KellyOCG EMEA board and is leading the effort to centralize KellyOCG’s philanthropic and charitable work. Harrington joined KellyOCG in 2003.
