Victoria Bethlehem

With over 25 years of leadership experience in human resources, Victoria Bethlehem was well positioned to improve the HR function at Jitjatjo, which she joined one year ago. She has overseen dozens of new initiatives resulting in a reduction in voluntary employee turnover and a reduction in time to hire. She also oversaw the introduction of a global development program used by over 90% of employees that provides mentoring and online learning opportunities. Bethlehem is a proud member of the Women in Recruitment Mentoring Association.
