Over 18 years ago, Lisa Maxwell built L. Maxwell to be a “go-to” search firm for executive-level appointments in the industry. Today, the organization plays a pivotal role in many of the sector’s news-making leadership appointments. As private equity firms stepped up their investments in staffing, Maxwell herself has stepped up to help them navigate the workforce solutions industry and hire key executives. In the last year, she and her team conducted the search and placed the CEO for the second-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US. In 2019, Maxwell was inducted into SIA’s Staffing 100 Hall of Fame.
