Consulting Solutions of Jacksonville, Florida, posted a compound annual growth rate for revenue of 53.5% from 2016 through 2020. It’s the firm’s first appearance on the Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list.

CEO Michael Werblun says Consulting Solutions and its family of companies are passionate about their clients and people. “We go to great lengths to build long-lasting, quality partnerships with our customers, consultants and our internal teams. … We’re thankful for the trust our customers put into our business, and we’re committed to their success every step of the way.”

Customers aside, the company is also focused on its guiding principles. “We strive to live those every day, and one of those is: Work hard, play hard, have fun. Enjoy the journey and each other. These principles help Werblun keep the team motivated and productive.

Werblun formerly was chief commercial officer and CEO at Zero-Chaos. He joined Consulting Solutions in 2019.

Consulting Solutions is a portfolio company of White Wolf Capital, which conducted a recapitalization at the company in 2016. What is driving growth at Consulting Solutions, even through 2020? The company in 2019 set out to develop a focus on its core competencies and where it fit within its customers’ IT strategies. “We identified high-value, niche solutions during 2019 that our enterprise customers needed and we built those capabilities and are now delivering,” Werblun says.

Consulting Solutions’ divisions include CSI, a provider of IT workforce and consulting services, based in Tallahassee, Florida; JDC Group, a provider of SAP advisory and consultancy services based in Atlanta; Meridian Technologies, an IT staffing provider that also includes an MSP program, based in Charlotte, North Carolina; and Tek Connexion, an IT staffing provider with locations in Pittsburgh and Chicago.

The company acquired Tek Connexion last February and Consulting Solutions has grown both organically and through acquisitions, although only organic growth was measured for the Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list.

Looking forward, the company reported that it plans to continue to grow organically as well as pursue further acquisitions while continuing to enhance its core competencies.
