Marie Kimble isn’t just redefining the workplace — she’s revolutionizing it. As the vice president of talent acquisition and diversity at CHG Healthcare, Kimble’s bold leadership and unwavering commitment to DE&I have transformed the company’s culture from the ground up.
From conducting inclusive leadership training to launching new employee inclusion groups and hosting roundtables and listening tours, Kimble is on a mission to create a workplace where everyone feels valued, respected and empowered to succeed.
Under her leadership, CHG’s DE&I team was able to significantly boost the sense of belonging among key populations to above 90%. The team’s initiatives also contributed to a substantial 20% increase in retention within underrepresented groups.
“Our focus remains on infusing diversity, equity and inclusion into every facet of the organization,” says Kimble.
Her philosophy toward DE&I within the healthcare sales industry is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves access to quality healthcare, regardless of their background or location. She prioritizes placing doctors in underserved areas to enhance healthcare access and outcomes, a mission she champions.

Kimble’s dedication to DE&I excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed. She was recognized as an award finalist and honoree for the 2023 South Florida Business and Wealth’s Diversity and Inclusion awards.
“For me, being a DE&I Influencer means creating moments where individuals can seize opportunities and believe in themselves, even when they may doubt their capabilities,” she says. “Guiding someone toward realizing their potential and witnessing the tangible results is so gratifying.
“Whether in the classroom or the broader community, I am dedicated to uplifting those less fortunate, helping them discover their path and providing the necessary support and education along the way. This commitment drives me, and I will continue to advocate for DE&I principles until my last breath.”
In the future, Kimble envisions extending CHG’s DE&I practices to empower clients and equity partners. By sharing insights and best practices, she aims to inspire similar initiatives within their organizations, fostering inclusive environments that mirror CHG’s commitment to diversity and belonging.
Outside of the workplace, in addition to mentoring women in the community and sharing her experience and wisdom, Kimble also donates to initiatives supporting at-risk individuals.
