Emily Herrelko-Wrynn has been instrumental in transforming Paramount Global’s contingent labor and staff augmentation programs. Before joining the organization in August 2021, Herrelko-Wrynn contributed nearly 20 years of expertise to Pfizer, where she excelled in the sourcing of strategic consulting, translations and contingent labor operations.
Following the 2019 merger of Viacom and CBS, Herrelko-Wrynn was tasked with integrating and harmonizing workstreams. “Joining at a time of change, my focus was on unifying various initiatives,” she explains. Her role involved merging legacy staff augmentation programs to enhance efficiency and drive program maturity.
Her leadership significantly impacts the managed service provider program, which oversees a significant population of contingent workers. Her efforts have tripled the MSP program value, as evidenced by activation of a streamlined operational process and an increased diverse supplier presence. In parallel, her work has resulted in new and efficient contingent workforce policies, enhanced dashboards and savings reporting.
