honoree profile
Dahlia Mughrabi’s efforts devising and articulating strategy and achieving buy-in has been a critical step in creating a holistic talent program for ExxonMobil, a global energy company that produces and delivers crude oil, natural gas, petroleum products and chemicals.
Mughrabi brought with her over 20 years’ experience in procurement and supply chain functions — eight in contingent workforce management — when she joined ExxonMobil in March 2023. She has implemented Gen 1 programs in her career and developed and evolved transformative and timely labor strategies. She emphasizes, “The network of peers, suppliers, and service providers has been absolutely fundamental to my growth in this space as well as my continued excitement in innovating and incorporating new strategies (and in some cases, old ones) to support business needs.
At ExxonMobil, she manages the contingent labor strategies for the Americas. Her consistent focus is enabling the business to have access to top talent; which includes ensuring the right sized supply base and commercial model. Mughrabi seeks to simplify and streamline the process for engaging contingent talent and to promote total workforce concepts as they head towards a mature yet adaptable program.
Having spent the majority of her career in oil and gas, she has a constant eye on how to optimize the services and tools available for contingent labor management and how best to apply them to her industry. She strives to leverage varying and diverse perspectives in order to arrive at the right approach for the environment being served.
Ultimately, her goal is to effect change both at ExxonMobil and the industry as a whole.
