Sarvarian’s expertise spans various aspects of contingent workforce solutions, including labor category management, talent acquisition, project staffing, compensation program development, ATS/VMS management and program implementation. At Phillips 66, his role involves managing the ContractorConnect contingent labor program and the MSP as well as advising on various nonemployee engagements.

Sarvarian’s career began in sales, where his exceptional performance led to an informal recruiting role, transitioning quickly to formal recruitment positions. His trajectory in staffing includes significant roles in various staffing firms, eventually leading an MSP program. He showcased his ability to oversee total talent environments effectively during his tenure at Anadarko, where he managed both contingent and permanent recruitment for a large LNG project and eventually managed their internally run program.
