In addition, as senior global program manager for the contingent workforce program at Workday, she manages all of the processes, policies and initiatives around the contingent workforce.
Her background is a great asset. She has also worked at similar roles at other Fortune 500 tech companies before moving to Workday.
Workday’s global program supports all locations Workday has an office across 29 countries and is always looking to fill a diverse set of roles within the business technology space. Kiley’s team relaunched the program, aiming to create a unified global experience for all Workmates to be able to access talent. “My role is to bridge the talent needs of the business … with the talent marketplace out there and to try to find that sweet spot where they can find the talent they need and the talent out there can have their foot in the door to great opportunities at Workday,” she says.
Kiley plans to continue developing varied ways she and her team can attract more diverse contingent talent to Workday.
