Driven by a passion for healthcare and sales, Kimberly Williams began her recruiting role at Medicus in 2008. Originally drawn to its vision and the opportunity to be on the ground floor of a medical staffing firm of about 30 team members, she is now an instrumental leader in the firm who oversees multiple lines of business as the vice president of recruitment.
Williams is motivated by the relationships she has built with clients, medical professionals and staff at Medicus. She has a proven track record of increasing business within each department she oversees, including significant growth in the Women and Children’s Division last year. In addition, she spearheaded the strategy for expanding the My Medicus Loyalty Program with substantial financial, travel and lifestyle rewards, which experienced over 100% growth in 2023. “We want to make sure that anyone that works with Medicus feels part of the team, cared for, appreciated, and that they receive the best experience,” she states.
Williams plays a vital role in ensuring health systems facing significant staffing challenges achieve clinical workforce stabilization through the Medicus Transition Program. The program is a comprehensive staffing solution that promotes shared accountability in sourcing, scheduling and cost control.
