Georgina Gold

Georgina Gold has always loved negotiating and influencing positive change. “I’m a fixer,” she says, adding that she prides herself on having difficult conversations and building strong relationships in the process.  

Gold joined UK-based staffing firm Impellam in 2018, and in 2021 she took a leap to Chicago from the UK. Today, she serves as program director for Guidant Global North America, managing contingent labor accounts across the continent. “You get in life what you have the courage to ask for,” Gold says, a belief which drives her accomplishments in a fast-moving industry.

As a top-performing program director, Gold has nurtured strong stakeholder relationships and generated substantial revenue. Over the past year, she has renewed all three of her MSP contracts, totaling over $200 million in revenue and successfully retained the important customers for Impellam Group. 

Gold and her team have established an in-house mentorship program to create a path for newcomers while also nourishing high-performing employees. It doubled to 39 pairs in 2024 from 19 pairs in 2023, and its success prompted the UK office to examine replicating it.

Gold was recently recognized on SIA’s 2024 Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Influencers list. Her dedication to amplifying underserved voices fuels her passion to make a difference. She takes great pride in helping to lead Impellam’s DE&I IMWomxn BRG program, celebrating female-identifying individuals. Under her leadership, it has grown from four members in 2020 to a community of 150 in 2023. Going forward, Gold plans to continue having bold conversations and driving improvements throughout her workplace in a variety of ways.
