Anamika “Anna” Jain, who describes herself as an empathetic people person, is perfectly suited to a relationship-driven business like staffing. “I love how being in staffing allows me to be part of people’s journeys from diverse backgrounds,” she says. “I am still connected to people I placed and worked with more than 10 years ago.”
Jain brings over a decade of expertise to the table as director of strategic partnerships at BuzzClan, a technology consulting and workforce solutions firm. She has successfully expanded the company’s operations across Canada and the US, forging influential partnerships and enabling leaders to make data-driven decisions enriched with emotional intelligence.
Jain, herself a wife and mother, is committed to empowering others such as through her participation in the Women in Tech program, which supports women returning to the workforce with résumé reviews and free training. She also spearheads gender neutrality initiatives, cultivating an inclusive workplace and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Her influence extends beyond BuzzClan, as she actively engages in industry and community associations such as Women of Work and the Military Spouse Employment Partnership. She also participates in key industry forums like Club VMSA, where she recently led a roundtable on effectively integrating artificial intelligence tools into recruitment. Jain credits her success to “raising my hand at the right times and advocating for the right things.”
Looking forward, Jain is dedicated to expanding BuzzClan’s North American footprint and enhancing its DE&I initiatives. She is also focused on leveraging AI to revolutionize the staffing industry and shape the future of workforce solutions on a global scale.
