Lauren Breslin

Initially working in telecommunications, Lauren Breslin took a leap of faith after a serendipitous interview at LaSalle Network, joining as an entry-level salesperson. Today, Breslin serves as LaSalle’s VP of sales.
In her 11-year tenure at LaSalle, Breslin has played a pivotal role in acquiring its biggest client accounts. Additionally, Breslin leads a large nationwide sales team, training, mentoring and developing new and tenured salespeople. Like many corporations, LaSalle faced challenges at the beginning of the pandemic in March 2020, but Breslin was instrumental in helping the company effectively pivot and expand the company’s sales strategy to include virtual selling. Because of her efforts, her sales team saw historic revenue growth in 2021; however, Breslin’s biggest source of pride goes beyond hitting revenue targets.
“Obviously that felt good, but that led to a lot of career development for folks on my team,” she says. “Being able to see some of our managers and individual contributors get promoted, make more money and grow their careers was probably the highlight thus far.”
Breslin says the constantly evolving nature of the industry only makes the job more interesting and keeps her on her toes. She aims to help LaSalle triple and quadruple revenue and expand to new markets over the next few years. No matter the circumstances, as Breslin explains, “the work always needs to get done.”
