Gavin Peavoy

Having always enjoyed and thrived working with people, NES Global Talent Managing Director Gavin Peavoy was keen to join a relationship-focused industry that was also global in nature, which led him to the staffing industry. Fourteen years later, Peavoy has travelled across the globe and lived in different locations throughout his career.

Peavoy began his career with Hays before joining NES Global Talent. He has now spent 12 years with NES Global Talent and as managing director, is responsible for the Americas region covering the US, Canada and Latin America. Operations grew organically by 42% in 2019; separately, Peavoy oversaw the acquisition of the US shale company Bedrock, taking the Americas region to engaging with over 3,500 contractors.

At the heart of Peavoy’s vision is cultivating great teams and relationships, providing solutions, driving innovation and adding value. Throughout his tenure at NES Global, he has fostered longstanding relationships with clients and contractors.

Looking forward, Peavoy sees himself leading NES Global Talent further into its given markets by continuing to provide exceptional talent, even quicker and more cost effectively through technology. He also looks forward to supporting the energy industry as it moves to cleaner and more efficient solutions. He prioritizes helping the company’s clients to make this transition and meet their net zero commitments by 2050.
