Sara Palmer

Sara Palmer is the founder and co-owner of StaffRehab, an educational recruiting agency that serves schools and students in California, Washington, Illinois and Georgia. She’s grown StaffRehab to more than $10 million revenue annually. The company has made the Inc. 5000 list three years running and is one of the fastest growing businesses in this space providing services to more than 10,000 students annually. Palmer is driven by her personal philosophy: Do your best - and find and foster a team that you believe will do the same. She’s motivated by the students that StaffRehab serves and by the team that StaffRehab has built.

Palmer grew up in staffing, watching her father’s career and growth. After graduating from Georgetown University, Palmer began her career in staffing at Robert Half. She co-founded StaffRehab with her sister in 2009. Making a difference while taking advantage of an industry ripe with opportunity excites Palmer. Going forward, Palmer plans to continue building the company and a great company culture.
