As SVP at Pontoon, Laurent Benkemoun believes that companies have everything to gain by focusing their teams on high added-value tasks, leveraging them in rewarding roles. His focus is on delivering a vision and designing and executing strategies to maximize competitive advantages, growth, innovations and cost reduction. Benkemoun is also interested in advising emerging start-ups in their development. By joining The Adecco Group’s Pontoon, a global HR outsourcing company specializing in improving an organization’s workforce, Benkemoun joined a new family and new industry that was totally unknown to him, as his background is in aerospace engineering. Weighing opportunities with ambition, and thriving on the excitement of overcoming surprising challenges, is the approach that has made him grow and climb the ranks. And he believes he can find great success using this approach within the staffing industry, which is still widely fragmented and teeming with new ideas.
