Thomas Andrew Peace

Having always enjoyed working with people, Thomas Andrew Peace is passionate about helping others. He began his staffing career in 2008, when he learned about the recruiting industry and job duties and found they exactly matched his strengths in analysis and communication. He interviewed with several firms before accepting an offer with a startup, which provided a great foundation for entrepreneurship.

In 2010, Peace created IT staffing and solutions company Applied Resource Group from the ground up, through his own resources and without outside investment, even persevering through financial roadblocks. His goal is to hire young, hungry professionals who are eager to learn and grow, teaching them best practices along the way. His ultimate desire is to create a group of staffing industry leaders who can create and build their own successful staffing industry teams, continuing to meet the challenges and opportunities that the industry presents. “I am most proud of the culture of our company,” Peace says. “When you create a leadership culture where everyone recognizes the responsibility of mentorship and development of new employees, leaders build leaders.”
