Raja Narayana

Raja Narayana is president of Aditi Consulting, a global talent and technology solutions provider. Narayana’s leadership has helped Aditi Consulting become a top-ranked company on Glassdoor, and to be recognized as an “open company” - a testament to his belief in running a transparent and engaged, people-driven culture.

In his role, Narayana has helped the company establish growth and new business opportunities, turn around underperforming units, streamline operations and position Aditi’s brand and service offerings in the marketplace. Narayana successfully led the divesture from Aditi Technologies (bought by Samsung), laying a strong foundation for the company, which is now fully independent and ready to scale.

Narayana is often called upon to speak at industry conferences - including those of Staffing Industry Analysts, the American Staffing Association, and TechServe Alliance - to share his knowledge and thought leadership.
