Mike Tomaso

Born into the industry - his father had worked in staffing since 1977 - Mike Tomaso joined Airetel Staffing in 2003. Having worked his way up to vice president, he recently was named the future successor as president of the company. Tomaso continues to transform Airetel on a national level by bringing an uncanny focus and discipline to the business. He incorporated his growth mindset and ambition to create and share his ongoing vision throughout the entire organization, managing the culture, people, processes and strategy required to drive performance.

Tomaso’s proudest accomplishments during his tenure with Airetel include opening the Dallas office in 2011 and generating a run rate of $14 million within three years with a staff of five, and launching the IT business in 2015 and reaching a run rate of $1.5 million within the first seven months. “Both of these moments proved to me that the dedication given to developing core staff, designing and managing our culture, and putting the right processes and systems in place created the foundation for our team to succeed,” Tomaso says.
