Kelli Moretter-Bue

Kelli Moretter-Bue joined ESP IT in 2015 as controller and quickly transformed its finance and operations by creating improvements in process, delivery and training. The company specializes in providing IT experts. Her work ethic, determination and strong leadership qualities led to her promotion to VP of finance and operations in 2016, and then president in January 2017. In her time at ESP IT, she has created new reporting, budgeting and forecasting tools; improved the company’s consultant and client relations; and strengthened and streamlined the finance and operational functions of the organization.

Moretter-Bue’s motivation comes from the desire to win, face a challenge head on and test the limits, coupled with a need to learn, achieve goals and continually strive to improve. On both a personal and professional level, she’s supremely proud of the fact that while working full time, being an active parent of three kids and training for an Ironman event, she passed all four CPA exams and has received multiple promotions at ESP IT.
