Nomination Process & Deadlines

SIA’s Who’s Who recognition lists, featured online and in Staffing Industry Review and CWS 3.0, honor leaders across the ecosystem for their achievements and contributions to the world of work. Nominations for these lists are accepted from the industry, from industry observers and, for certain lists, through data gathered via surveys.

Call for Nominations

Calls announcing open nomination periods will appear in the Global Daily News, CWS 3.0 and via SIA social media for the lists included below. General deadlines are listed below but are subject to change.

For the following lists, we solicit nominations and choose honorees based on those nominations.

Please see each list description for eligibility. For the staffing professional lists, nominees can be in any role if they are in the workforce solutions ecosystem — the center of which is staffing — for example, managing a branch or handling compliance in an online staffing platform, she/he/they could be a lawyer or operate an MSP, or be a consultant. With the exception of the DE&I Influencers list, no vendors to the industry, please. For the CW Program Game Changers list, nominees are buyers of staffing services or solutions — employed by the buyer organization.

We are looking for those who have gone above and beyond to ensure the success of their teams, branches, brands, events or products. If you think someone on your team is deserving of the applicable recognition, recommend them by completing the online nomination form and sharing with us why they should make the roster, including the impact they have already made, what revenue they have been responsible for or other quantifiable achievements. No resumes please. You are welcome to nominate as many people as you’d like! Self-nominations are also welcome but please do provide the requisite information.

40 Under 40

The 40 Under 40 list honors rising stars who are making their mark on the workforce solutions ecosystem within the US and Canada.

Deadline: Nominations for the 2025 list are currently closed. Nominations for the 2026 list will open in February 2026.

Best Staffing Firms to Work For

The Best Staffing Firms to Work For North America, UK and Ireland lists celebrate staffing firms of all sizes that are successfully driving engagement and satisfaction in the workplace and creating value for their employees. The lists include categories for Best Staffing Firms to Temp For, honoring firms that excel at engaging contingent workers.

Deadline: Nominations for the 2026 program will open in September 2025.

Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Game Changers

These forward-thinking contingent workforce management professionals are evolving the global world of contingent work through their innovation, determination, achievements, and ability to change the game.

Deadline: Nominations are being accepted through May 16 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern time.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Influencers

The DE&I Influencers list honors individuals in the US and Canada who are advancing diversity, equity and inclusion within their organizations and across the workforce solutions ecosystem at large.

Deadline: Nominations are currently closed. Nominations for the 2026 list will open in December 2025. Register your interest in future calls.

Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms

The Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms list helps the workforce solutions ecosystem identify diverse suppliers and help increase supplier diversity and representation for businesses in the US and Canada.

Deadline: The application process for 2025 is underway.

Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms

The Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list recognizes organizations for their rapid growth rates and highly competitive industry performance. Firms must have a CAGR for revenue of 15% or more during a multi-year measurement period and at least $1 million in revenue in the first year of the measurement period.

Global Power 150 Women in Staffing

The Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list honors a notable selection of female executives whose vision, achievements and leadership are elevating and transforming a global industry.

Deadline: Nominations will reopen late June 2025.

Staffing 25 Latin America

The Staffing 25 Latin America list honors staffing leadership in the region for their excellence and achievements.

Deadline: Nominations will reopen in September 2025.

Staffing 100 Europe

The Staffing 100 Europe list recognizes European staffing leaders whose significant accomplishments and vision are shaping the world of work.

Deadline: Nominations are currently closed. Nominations will reopen in April 2025. Register your interest in future calls.

Staffing 100 North America

The Staffing 100 North America list celebrates the remarkable leaders whose influence and accomplishments elevate the workforce solutions ecosystem and push the industry forward.
