SIA’s latest Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list is now live and this year’s list features 145 companies.

Firms needed at least a 15% compound annual growth rate of revenue between 2019 and 2023 to qualify for the list. The median growth rate this year was 28.1%.

Healthcare staffing firms again dominated the list, which is based on data from SIA’s annual survey of staffing firms. Nine of the top 10 fastest-growing staffing firms come from the healthcare field. Looking at the full list, 43% of firms were in healthcare. However, companies in all segments were represented.

“Our 2024 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms show that when the market gets tough, organizations adapt, respond and deliver. Although 2023 was a difficult year for the United States staffing market, 145 firms qualified for this year’s US list,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Congratulations to these businesses for their perseverance and resilience.”
