Interim HealthCare appoints new president and COO

Interim HealthCare appointed Rexanne Domico as president and chief operating officer.
“Her hands-on leadership style, deep industry knowledge, and proven track record of fostering growth and excellence make her exceptionally well-suited to lead our regional teams and guide our franchisees nationwide to provide the high-end care we are known for,” CEO Paul Mastrapa said in a press release.
Domico previously served as CEO at HomeFree Pharmacy Services. Other leadership roles she has held include president of Home Health Care Services at Brightspring and senior VP at LHC Group.
In a note to SIA, Domico said she got started in staffing at Olsten before eventually shifting into home healthcare, post-acute care and hospice. These are all services Interim provides.
“There’s so much exciting work to do, and I’m looking forward to learning from our franchise partners and working together to figure out the right approach to face our industry’s challenges,” Domico wrote.
Interim, based in Sunrise, Florida, ranks among largest healthcare staffing provider in the US, according to SIA data.
