Main article
CHG Healthcare, the fourth-largest US healthcare staffing firm, promoted Leslie Snavely to CEO. Scott Beck will retire from the CEO role and transition to an advisory role as executive chair of the CHG board of directors.
Snavely joined CHG in 2010 as VP of marketing. She held a range of positions — including senior VP of marketing and business development, chief strategy and digital officer, and chief sales officer — before her promotion to president in June 2023.
She has been recognized on SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing and Staffing 100 North America lists. Committed to advancing women’s leadership, she previously served as vice chair of the Women’s Leadership Institute of Utah.
“Over the years, Leslie has moved the business forward, helped our people grow and been a champion of our core values,” Beck said. “I know she will be an amazing CEO, and I can’t wait to watch her lead us through the next phase of growth and success.”
Beck has been with CHG for 25 years, serving the last 10 years as CEO. He has been recognized several times over the years on SIA’s 2024 Staffing 100 North America list.
