SIA’s 2024 Diversity-Owned Staffing Firms list is now online. The list of 223 staffing firms  encompasses a wide range of services and solutions valuable to contingent workforce management professionals.

Having a program that directs a certain level of business to diversity-owned suppliers is the most common workforce strategy among enterprise buyers participating in SIA’s most recent Workforce Solutions Buyer Survey; 67% had such a program in place, while another 23% plan to explore one within two years.

“SIA created this list to recognize and raise awareness of staffing firms owned and operated by underrepresented groups. And we are proud to present this opportunity for enterprise organizations to connect with diverse suppliers,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Thank you to this fantastic group of trailblazers, advocates and leaders that significantly contribute to the world of work’s diverse tapestry.”

Each firm was able to select the top one or two segments from which it derives most of its revenue. Certification of diversity ownership — such as from the NMSDC (National Minority Supplier Development Council) or WBENC (Women’s Business Enterprise National Council) — were required and had to be valid as of March 2024.
