Each week, we highlight a 2024 CW Program Game Changer — a professional who has elevated their program to the next level. This week we feature Keisha Stephens, director of people operations at Splunk. 

Among her achievements at Splunk, Stephens developed a parental leave contingent worker program that has achieved a 100% success rate in backfilling parental leave positions with parents re-entering the workforce. Read about her accomplishments.
