Each week, we highlight a 2024 CW Program Game Changer — a professional who has elevated their program to the next level. This week we feature Geoff Dubiski, global TA leader, contingent workforce strategy and planning at Intuitive Surgical. 

In the last year, changes implemented by Dubiski and his team reduced manufacturing and logistics attrition by 36%, saving 25,000 training hours and over $600,000.
