In today’s job market, temporary workers rely on various job boards and social networking sites to find work. According to SIA’s Temporary Worker Survey 2024: Top Job Boards and Social Networking Sites Used by Temps report, temporary workers as a whole were at about 10 times more likely to use Indeed, preferred by 56%, and LinkedIn, used by 45%.

These two sites currently rank either first or second in all five skill segments examined for the entire period from 2014 to 2023.

Other commonly mentioned sites include ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, Monster, Google, Vivian, Dice and Facebook.
