Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms

The Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list recognizes US staffing businesses for their rapid growth rates and highly competitive industry performance.

To qualify for the Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms list, staffing firms must have had a CAGR of 15% or more during a multi-year measurement period and at least $1 million in revenue in the first year of the measurement period. For 2023, the measurement period was from 2018 to 2022.

All firms on this list are required to verify revenue. Only organic revenue growth is considered. Revenue is adjusted to remove growth from acquisitions. It is also adjusted for divestitures.

The list is based on staffing revenue, which includes temporary staffing revenue, direct hire, retained search and temp-to-perm conversion fees. Firms with franchised operations included revenue from franchisees. For the purposes of this list, staffing revenue did not include revenue from payrolling, PEO services, MSP fees or pass-through funds, RPO, HRO, outplacement or solutions revenue.

Lists may not be directly comparable with lists from previous years because of changes in methodology.

Who’s eligible:

Staffing firms in the US that have a CAGR for revenue of 15% or more during a multi-year measurement period and at least $1 million in revenue in the first year of the measurement period. For 2023, the measurement period was from 2018 to 2022. Firms must participate in SIA’s Largest and Fastest-Growing Staffing Company Rankings and Opportunity Lists survey, which takes place in February.
