The Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Game Changers list honors professionals around the world who are taking contingent workforce management to the next level through their innovation, determination and achievements.

Game Changer honorees have made measurable impacts on their programs in myriad ways, such as embracing new technology, committing to DE&I initiatives, implementing smart contingent worker training initiatives, streamlining partnerships or shaving program costs. They have risen to challenges while also making their CW programs more nimble, cost-effective and smart.

Who’s eligible:

Employees of the buyer/enterprise organization whose work includes the procurement of contingent labor; for example, a VP of HR sponsoring the program, an individual in the finance department responsible for program compliance, head of talent acquisition accountable for managing the contingent workforce or a procurement professional whose team handles the staff augmentation and statement-of-work contracts. The nominee can be in a different role from those mentioned above but should be impacting their company’s CW program in some quantifiable way. Employees of staffing firms and third-party managed service providers are not eligible.
