40 Under 40

The 40 Under 40 list honors rising stars at staffing firms. These leaders — and aspiring leaders — are making lasting marks on the workforce solutions ecosystem within the US and Canada by connecting talent with clients, enabling their companies’ growth and inspiring their colleagues.

We seek promising up-and-comers who demonstrate current and potential influence on the industry. Honorees demonstrate quantifiable success and achievements including their departmental influence, their embrace of innovative new tools and practices and/or their implementation of programs that have resulted in savings or new sources of revenue.

The 40 Under 40 list is not a ranking.

Who’s eligible:

Staffing firm professionals within the US and Canada who are under the age of 40. For the 2024 40 Under 40 list, nominees must be born after July 31, 1984, to be eligible. Vendors to the ecosystem and buyers of staffing services are not eligible.
