This report identifies the legal changes and developments highlighted in our quarterly Legal Updates that are expected to impact the contingent workforce environment in 2024 in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Forthcoming changes highlighted include mandatory licensing of employment agencies in Norway, Malta, and Netherlands; changes to temporary work in Czech Republic, France, and Italy; flexible working rights in Ireland; and a raft of changes to employment and tax law in the UK. Also, new rules on social security and pensions in Iraq and UAE, plus a new comprehensive data protection law in Jordan.
