Jenn Simon has over a decade of experience in procurement, talent acquisition, workforce management, total talent initiatives and solutions. As director of workforce strategies and research at Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), Simon’s primary focus is delivery of best practices, tools, templates and benchmarks to assist SIA’s Contingent Workforce Strategies (CWS) Council Members in the creation and development of their workforce solutions programs. Before joining SIA in 2022, Simon was director of operations for a global managed service provider (MSP) organization, working with several industry-leading contingent workforce programs. Her responsibilities included managing vendor management system (VMS) tools, staffing partnerships, and developing global staffing strategies and solutions for clients to implement contingent programs. Prior to her MSP experience, Simon was the senior manager of strategic procurement for a large pharmaceutical company. She managed the company’s contingent workforce program, staffing partnerships and served as an SIA CWS Council Member. Simon is a solutions innovator who has a passion for collaborating with human resources and procurement executives to develop unique strategies as well as drive best-in-class practices, so they can make better decisions for their workforce ecosystem. Her firsthand experience on both the supplier and buyer side provides a unique perspective and adds significant value in supporting CWS Council Members for SIA. Simon is a certified contingent workforce professional (CCWP).
