Staffing Executive Compensation Analysis: 2022 Update

Total compensation increased by a median 33.8% in 2021 in our study of 82 executives at 42 publicly traded staffing, executive search, and other workforce solutions firms globally.
Americas firms posted the highest median compensation at USD 2,642,264. Firms in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa posted median compensation of USD 960,234.
The highest-paid executives in this report’s group of publicly traded staffing companies were Jonas Prising, CEO of ManpowerGroup Inc., with total compensation of USD 18.8 million, and Paul J. Sarvadi, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Insperity Inc., with total compensation of USD 9.6 million.
