Main content
Online job advertising is an important recruitment channel for millions of employers and staffing firms. This report includes definitions of the various job advertising business models, a ranked list of the largest 50 companies by revenue, and a global market size estimate for 2019.

Online job advertising firms are a collection of websites and phone applications that offer employers the ability to advertise local, national and/or international job postings. SIA has formally defined seven different business models within this segment: job boards, job aggregators, online classifieds, social media job sites, community sites, programmatic job advertising/job distributors and job post optimizers.
