Working at SIA since 2004, Jon Osborne is responsible for SIA’s annual Staffing Company Survey, Temporary Worker Survey and Internal Staff Survey. He previously led SIA’s North American research team. Prior to SIA, Osborne worked for 15 years in the banking industry for Wells Fargo and Bank of America. He has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Chicago.
